We were unable to resolve the authentication problems with our HotSpot system in a timely manner yesterday.

In light of this we have decided to give free access to all hotspot venue customers until we resolve the issue.

We have forwarded details to the venue owners.

A login to be used for free access will be posted on our hotspot login and payment pages.  If you wish to pay for your access you still can, but you will need to use the free login to get on.  we are not going to require payment, but the payment system is still working, so if you value the access, please feel free to pay and use the free login.

Once we resolve our problems we will disable this free login and a new login will need to be purchased.  The free login will be working until July 15, 2009. 

Anyone who has purchased time for this free period will be re-imbursed or credited accordingly if they purchased a Day.  For those customers that purchased a month or a season we will be contacting you with your login and password at a later time and we will ensure you receive the appropriate credit.

Monthly purchases will be extended to one month past the date you received your login.

We thank you in advance for your kind understanding in these matters and hope that our customers appreciate our dedication to ensuring our valued hotspot customers can gain access to the internet.
